Deputy Prime Minister of Cuba begins official visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran

The Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Cuba, Ricardo Cabrisas Ruiz, began this Friday an official visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran, to preside on the Cuban side the work of the XVIII Session of the Intergovernmental Commission between Cuba and that country. The Cuban delegation is also made up of the Minister of Energy and Mines, Liván Arronte Cruz, the Vice Ministers of the Ministries of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment and of the Food Industry, Déborah Rivas Saavedra and Diorgys Hernández Díaz, respectively, the Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Relations, Emilio Lozada García, as well as the Ambassador of Cuba in Tehran, Alberto González Casals. The Cuban executives will also hold working meetings with high authorities of the Iranian government to review the state of economic, commercial and cooperation relations. Likewise, they will meet businessmen from that country who have expressed interest in the Cuban market.
